We recognize the Ohio Workers’ Compensation system can be an adversarial system where the employer, the managed care organization, and the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation often oppose the injured worker’s best interests. With offices in the Akron and Cleveland areas our role is to competently and effectively assist and represent injured workers and their families throughout all phases of workers’ comp and wrongful death claims.
